How is Lensmac different from other assessment tools?
Most traditional assessment tools work by asking you a long series of questions and then giving you charts, scores, and categories based on what they believe you are. Lensmac works differently.
We do not ask you any questions. There is no quiz, no self-report, and no personality test. Instead, we simply show you images and let you pick what feels right to you. In three minutes, your own instinctive visual selections create your VPI (Visual Preference Index), Triple M insights, Team Size Threshold, and other metrics.
Why do you use AI??
We use AI to both generate the visual selection material (the images you see) and process basic metadata from your choices—like what you picked and general patterns.
How do you use AI?
AI builds the image library dynamically, fresh, varied, no recycled stock. Then it handles the raw tally: selection counts, interaction basics. A human Ghostwriter reviews every report for accuracy. No personality reads, no predictions, just speed and clarity.
Is Lensmac predictive?
No. Lensmac is purely mechanical. Observational. We capture what you instinctively pick in three minutes and show you the reflection of those choices. We do not predict the future.
Is this creepy or invasive?
No. Zero biometrics, zero video, zero voice, and zero data stored. Everything is an anonymous token link. You click images that feel right. That’s it.

Can Lensforge be used for annual performance reviews?
No. That is a violation of our terms of use. Lensforge is strictly for hiring and promotion decisions, never for reviews, bonuses, or post-hire judgment.
What is Team Size Threshold (TST)?
It measures how big a team someone can actually handle before tension appears 4–6 people, 8–12, or 30+. Not “team player yes/no,” but “team size player.” Useful for pods, squads, crews, or departments.

Who takes the ForgeBind scan?
